What is the Ticket to Work Program?
The Ticket to Work program is a free and voluntary self-sufficiency program that increases employment opportunities and choices for Social Security beneficiaries with disabilities. If you are between the ages of 18-64 years of age, receive Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits and/or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) for a disability, have the desire to become financially independent, you qualify for the Ticket to Work program. CareerSource Suncoast is an Employment Network (EN) that has entered into an agreement with the Social Security Administration to participate in the Ticket to Work Program and provide services to Social Security beneficiaries with disabilities.

Through the Ticket To Work program you can:
Work and maintain some or all of your benefits
Work and not automatically lose your Medicaid and Medicare

The Employer Assistance and Resource Network (EARN). A resource for employers seeking to recruit, hire, and retain qualified employees with disabilities.
The Job Accommodation Network (JAN). JAN is dedicated to helping you integrate or retain people with disabilities. It’s a leading source of free, expert, and confidential guidance on workplace accommodations and disability employment issues.
