The Non-Custodial Parent Employment Program (NCPEP) assists unemployed or underemployed non-custodial parents to establish a pattern of regular child support payments by obtaining and maintaining employment. The goal is to help parents provide support for a child’s, emotional, physical, and psychological well-being, and contribute meaningfully to their families and community through gainful employment.
