Automotive Service Technician

Job Description:
 
  • Test drive vehicles and test components and systems, using equipment such as infrared engine analyzers, compression gauges, and computerized diagnostic devices.
  • Examine vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunctions.
  • Repair, reline, replace, and adjust brakes.
  • Follow checklists to ensure all important parts are examined, including belts, hoses, steering systems, spark plugs, brake and fuel systems, wheel bearings, and other potentially troublesome areas.
  • Confer with customers to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems and to discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements.

 

Salary: $75,000

Electrical & Instrumentation Technician

Job Description:
 
  • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and installation of electrical equipment and instrumentation.
  • Assist with locating, diagnosing and repairing electrical and instrumentation malfunctions.
  • Inspect and test electrical instruments and equipment as assigned in PMs.
  • Install fixtures, motors and other electrical equipment.
  • Disassemble malfunctioning instruments, examine and test mechanisms and circuitry for defects.

 

Salary: From $28.00 per hour

Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

 

  • Responsible for all preventative maintenance as well as machine repairs
  • Responsible for maintenance of buildings and grounds as needed

 

Required Experience and Skills:

 

  • A minimum of 8 years of previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Solid work history is required

 

Pay: $17 per hour depending on experience

Program Manager

Job Description:
 

In coordination with the CEO, the Program Manager is responsible for organizing, planning and direct provision of specialized training services for blind and visually impaired adults.

 

Essential Functions:

 

  • Plan, develop and implement the Rehabilitation Services Program.
  • In coordination with Rehab Managers, oversee the delivery of services throughout the clients experience from intake to end of service and make adjustments as needed.

Staff Accountant

Job Description:
 
As the Staff Account you will be responsible for supporting Senior Accountant and Controller relating to financial reporting. Developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation. Will have contact with senior-level executives and Controller which requires interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.
 
Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
  • Support Senior Accountant to ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close. 

Bilingual Payroll / HR Assistant

Job Description:

 

  • Processes weekly payroll for 250+ hourly employees utilizing multiple payroll/accounting system.
  • All related payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
  • Provide administrative support for HR department.
  • Maintain and update I9, and E-verify retention standards.

 

Pay: $25/hour
