Duties / Responsibilities:

Oversee and assist with production of all marketing materials including ad pages, collateral, website, brochures, and signage, while retaining the brand image.
Maintain and populate our customer facing websites, constantly optimizing for best usability.
Evaluate and improve metrics that drive our sales through monitoring our website traffic, leads, and target audience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Works to ensure positive employee relations, and is also involved in training, policy implementation, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.
