As a CAM Trainee, you’ll learn the ins and outs of association management, preparing you to join a professional team at our tech-forward company revolutionizing how HOAs and condos are managed. Once licensed, you’ll step into a full CAM role managing client communities with the support of our technology and leadership.
What You’ll Learn and Do (With Our Full Support):
Prepare to pass the Florida CAM exam through paid online training
Shadow licensed CAMs and gain real-world association management experience
Learn to enforce community rules, oversee maintenance, and support board
meetings
Assist with budgeting, financial reviews, and vendor coordination
Learn how to communicate with residents and boards professionally and effectively
Use Kaloops tools to manage documents, tasks, communications, and compliance
Eventually manage your own portfolio of associations with our full team behind you
Ideal Candidate Has:
A strong interest in real estate, property management, or community development
Excellent computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel and cloud-based tools)
Strong organizational and communication skills
A proactive, problem-solving attitude
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A customer-first mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to obtain a Florida CAM license

$38,000-$42,000 annual salary after licensing
