Kelly is a workforce development professional and Technical Advisor with FHI 360, where she supports initiatives focused on workforce strategy, economic mobility, and strengthening pathways to opportunity for individuals and communities. With experience spanning workforce development and organizational collaboration, she brings a thoughtful perspective on building systems that connect people to sustainable careers and long-term success.

Anthony serves as Chief Operating Officer for CareerSource Suncoast, where he supports regional workforce development efforts across Manatee and Sarasota counties. Through partnerships with local economic development organizations, chambers of commerce, government agencies, and colleagues throughout the CareerSource Florida network, Anthony helps employers address recruitment, training, and retention needs.

His work supports businesses through services such as direct placement, recruiting assistance, job fairs, On-the-Job Training, Employed Worker Training, labor market information, and customized workforce solutions. CareerSource Suncoast has worked with hundreds of regional employers, including PGT Industries, Tervis Tumbler, Air Products, Voalte, Tropicana, IMG Academy, Hoveround, and Pierce Manufacturing. Anthony brings a practical, employer-focused perspective to workforce strategy and regional talent development.

James is a workforce development professional with extensive experience in administration, operations, program design, and direct service to both employers and job seekers. He has held senior leadership roles at three of Florida’s Local Workforce Development Boards, giving him a broad perspective on workforce service delivery across medium and large regional systems.
