Anthony serves as Chief Operating Officer for CareerSource Suncoast, where he supports regional workforce development efforts across Manatee and Sarasota counties. Through partnerships with local economic development organizations, chambers of commerce, government agencies, and colleagues throughout the CareerSource Florida network, Anthony helps employers address recruitment, training, and retention needs.

As Financial Well-Being Manager at Credit Union 1, Michael D. Fluker leads strategic efforts to enhance the financial health and literacy of members and partner organizations. His role focuses on designing and implementing innovative financial wellness initiatives tailored to Select Employee Groups (SEGs), as well as building impactful partnerships with universities and conferences across the credit union’s network.

Sean Zubyk is a dedicated and motivated workforce & economic development professional committed to providing clients effective and market-relevant solutions that drive sustainable growth. With a Positive Mental Attitude, he has exceptional leadership skills with a strong belief in continuous growth and improvement. He is very culture oriented and believes that creating a dynamic culture is key to the success of a team. Sean has transferrable skillsets across multiple departments including Education & Training, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, and Administration.

Throughout his tenure, he has built long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the Manatee/Sarasota community. These include Economic Development, Education, Training and Non-Profit Community Partners. He has also collaborated with Chambers of Commerce, Workforce Associations, and some of the top Employers in the Suncoast Area to help recruit, train, and retain the best talent.

James has held senior leadership roles at three of Florida’s Local Workforce Development Boards, affording him a perspective that includes medium to large workforce service delivery models. He is highly endorsed as someone knowledgeable in Workforce Development.

In his current role, James works collaboratively with internal and external partners ensuring proper alignment, service design, implementation, and regional continuity. In addition, he directs CSS data and reporting analysis, Registered Apprenticeship efforts, National Dislocated Worker Grants, Ticket to Work and other special projects/grants.

As Executive Director of SAMA, Rob Harris connects the region's manufacturers with the resources and relationships they need to grow and operate more productively. Workforce development is at the center of his work, with a focus on initiatives that strengthen company culture, improve employee retention, and build more capable teams. Rob sees Registered Apprenticeship as one of the most effective paths to that success and is working to expand participation among SAMA's manufacturing members.
